Glitter-y Angel

Here is a card I made a few weeks back for Sparkle N Sprinkle and am just getting around to posting it. I guess it really isn't summer-y but I love this card in real life!

The card is very 3-D. The image is stamped on white cardstock, then the dress is paper pieced on there, with pop dots. Next I added more deminsion byt adding more pop dots to the star.

I used glitter on the wings for that extra bling!
